Journey from Heartbreak to Happiness

Yes, I do love coffee, but this picture represents the joy that is very present in my day-to-day life. THIS HAS NOT ALWAYS BEEN THE CASE.

I used to really struggle to feel any joy; it felt elusive, like the carrot at the end of the stick that I was constantly chasing but could never reach. I often wondered if there was something deeply wrong with me. It was painful. I tried EVERYTHING and still couldn’t grasp it. I would read the scripture that states, "Men are that they might have joy," and  it felt true for everyone else but me.

At the beginning of this year, it seemed like I was destined for the same exhausting existence. I faced extreme turbulence—being left by my partner while pregnant and then losing my best friend within a few weeks. But my internal journey was different. I had begun practicing frequency meditation and creating a New Vision of Myself and my life. Just a month after losing the baby, I wrote and published my first book. I started working on a new business and created a 30-day course on healing after a breakup. These were skills I never had before. I wasn’t an author; I had never written a book, created a course, or built an online business. I had never marketed online and only occasionally posted a picture on social media.

However, I learned a very effective method of communicating with the Universe, using the language of frequency and consciously creating. This allowed me to do all these things, guided by my intuition during meditation. And now, I’m full of joy—not just occasionally, but daily. If you’re struggling to find joy, harmony, peace, or contentment, or if you want to change your life circumstances to be more fulfilling, you can—and you can do it quickly and easily with frequency meditation.

Although my book, Still the Pain: For Women Who Have Big Hearts ~ A Practical Spiritual Guide to Recovery from Pain & Heartbreak After Breakup, is aimed at women experiencing breakups, it serves as a manual for this powerful form of meditation.

I have also created the course Still the Pain: Journey to Healing, a 30-day program featuring daily lessons and guided meditations that delve even deeper into this method of creation and manifestation.

I now know that life doesn’t have to be a struggle for love, connection, or fulfillment. We can connect deeply with our soul, our loving God-Self, and the purpose of our individual existence, allowing that connection to permeate and express through our physical body into reality.
