After each activation, I like to record my metrics. Metrics are a method of measuring something, or the results obtained from something. This is essentially an intuitive process of measuring the calibration level to the New Frequency of Self. I use eight metrics to determine my current calibration to a New Frequency of Self. Thoughts are a product of the frequency you are in. Your thoughts will show you how much is the new frequency, and how much is the old. It's extremely challenging to change your thoughts by willpower. It is like being told to not think about a yellow banana. When you focus on not thinking about something, you are already thinking about it. Willing yourself to change your emotions and thoughts is difficult. Even affirmations can be counterproductive if you are speaking things the subconscious mind holds counter programming to. When you change your vibration, when you change your frequency, your thoughts and emotions naturally shift with the new frequency.Ā
Our thoughts come from deep-seated belief systems, just beneath our awareness in the subconscious mind. Some of these core beliefs are very limiting.Ā
