From Zeppelin to Relationships: My Favorite New Partnership
I’ve recently stepped into something unexpected and wildly fun — co-hosting on the AudioMover YouTube channel with the brilliant (and equally unfiltered) Robert Hadfield. He found me online, invited me into the world of music history, and somehow we ended up laughing our way through deep dives on Led Zeppelin, relationships, human behavior, and why people keep choosing partners who live in emotional witness protection.
The channel is growing fast, the conversations are hilarious and heartfelt, and I’ve learned more about art, human nature, and my own work than I ever expected. You can watch us here:

Somewhere in the middle of all the storytelling and wild musical rabbit holes, Robert and I decided to create something new together — a relationship series based on my book Communicating with Men: What Your Mother Should Have Taught You but Didn’t Know Either.
It’s for people who’ve had a big heartbreak or a first marriage that crashed hard… and are now trying again. The ones who keep having “almost relationships,” “great for three months” situationships, or accidental emotional déjà vu. Basically: the good humans who want their next relationship to actually hit and stick.
Robert brings the male perspective — raw, honest, funny, and surprisingly grounding. I bring the emotional, intuitive, “let’s actually understand what’s happening here” side. Together the conversation feel human, hopeful, and refreshingly simple.
If you want to take the teachings from the book deeper… or if you’re ready to understand men in a way that makes dating feel less like spiritual dodgeball… you’re going to love this project.
Come join us for the ride.

Becoming Author Shelle Crow: From Heartbreak to Headlines
In this interview with music historian Robert John Hadfield (creator of The Audiomover Show on YouTube), Shelle Crow shares the deeply personal journey behind writing her four-book series—Still the Pain, The Soulmate Frequency, Communicating with Men, and The Relationship Integration Guide. From heartbreak and healing to creating tools for lasting connection, this conversation explores the origins of her work, the role of meditation in her writing, and the new collaborative projects now unfolding.
Bringing Souls Into Frequency Mastery
The perfectionist in me cringes while posting this video, as it was my very first attempt at podcasting. It's unedited, filled with mistakes and my own first attempt insecurities and lack of skillfulness as an interviewer. However, off the cuff was how we created it and it is also filled with gems for people looking to understand frequency meditation. An interview with one of my mediation mentors Elhavara Jehoiakim.Â
Grandpa's Funeral & Little Red Riding Hood
Unedited recording, an audio-letter once sent to a friend, where I share an experience of meeting my grandfather, who had passed away, in mediation. At the time I had just broken three ribs and was exploring the possibility of shifting timelines or re-writing the past. My grandpa, who was a gifted storyteller in his lifetime, spoke to me on the subject of story. Life is a story and we can change that story at anytime.Â
